Just had a new roof on and where the flue for the boiler goes through the roof they put lead flashing on but either sides of the pipe there is a gap of 2 inches so there room for a squirrel to get through and wasps,t old him and he said that's a heating engineer job that I'm not messing with pipe, I said you should of put a lead tile there not my job,so when snow sticks to tiles water might get in loft, not paid them yet.
