I’ve recently been removing render from an alleyway that lead to my property as most of it was cracked and hanging off the walls. In doing so I’ve exposed a number of areas of dodgy brickwork that will require repointing. The bit that concerns me most however is the archway lintel as it looks a bit rough. Can anyone provide any advice / guidance / reassurance based on the photo I’ve provided below as to whether I should be concerned and what I should do to ensure this is safe??
