Anyone recognise this H screw head?

This [H type] screw is on a trailing socket that has developed a faulty ON/OFF switch after a short time. Has anyone any knowledge as to the required driver to remove it?

Security screws are used so you can not tamper with something. I would ask is the switch that is being problematic replaceable?
If you think it is then you want a set of "security bits" which are often sold as a set for less than £20
