Hi folks,
I’ve had a little look around in projects and forums but not found a lot of help so;
Hopefully you can see the image attached, I’ve been wanting to replace the fence with something tall like in the 2nd picture and move the gate right up to pretty much the front of the house.
I’m not sure how to do this as I don’t want to be getting someone to dig out the current posts, the lane next to the house is for farm access, I can’t mind who owns it the farm or if it’s ‘public land’ or council owned anyway I thought about fixing it to the concrete pathing slabs that seem to have been used as the retaining wall but doubt it will give any strength also concerned about losing width on the path as need to get the bins down.
What do you think is the best way to give it a facelift?
