I have a Prima F 50 and it suddenly started to make a load banging noise from inside followed by what sounded like, scraping noises and then switched off.

There is a small reset button situated underneath which popped out so I pressed back and tried again. initially nothing happens but after a while if I try again, it lights up for a short while and the the same noises and switch off.

Any ideas?

Sounds like the pump is faulty.

It's overheating. Could be a faulty thermostat.
