Bathroom Ceiling Cracks Appeared in New Build Property

Hi,

I'm a complete novice with DIY/decorating. These cracks have appeared on our bathroom ceiling in our new build house.

Obviously I'm concerned about damp getting in. Is this something that could be fixed by a novice or should I get a pro in?

If it's a new build you surely have an NHBC guarantee.
The builder should put that right. Not uncommon for cracks as building dries out.
