:? i have purchased bitumen paint to apply to my basement walls and want to plaster over it! it say throw sharp sand at it and then plaster over it please could anyone tell me what quantity of sand do u throw at it.

Throw as much as you like at it!!!!!!
What doesn't stick isnt needed!!!!!!!
Make sure the sand is dry.
