[color=green][/color] :D i want to build an enclosed porch.

what is the bigest size i can build without planning permission?

A storm porch under 3 square meters in floor area is "permitted development". And is exempt from the Building Regulations too!

But check, if you are in a Listed Building or conservation area, with your local council.
