I am wireing a flat on the second floor, The flat has the following one 9.5kw shower one electric cooker with oven, 6 lights and a total of 10 plug sockets. Also the hot water to both the sink and basin is supplied via a water heater 9.5kw. The question is what would be the best type of cable ie would need to be armoured ? and the thickness of cable to use from the fusebox to the supply meter which are approx 20metres appart ?
