Can I Replace Pitched Felt House on Roof With Standard Tile? Information, help and tips on many areas of roofing including trusses, tiling, venting, insulation etc....

Can anyone advise please. I'm looking to purchase a detached 1960s house, brick built and unusually its pitched roof is felt covered. There doesn't appear to be any water ingress.
Could this be replaced fairly easily with a standard tile roof?
