Can't find my stopcock inside the house. Would it be in these hatches I found on the outside of the house?

Can't find my stopcock inside the house. Would it be in these hatches I found on the outside of the house?

Hello, as the post says I can't find my internal stopcock anywhere. Would it be in these hatches? Any help is appreciated

Hi dano186,
If the doors in your photo are backing a chimney then they are access for sweeping the chimney and the lower one is for ash removal.
