central heating glow worm enerysaver boiler

hi all please bear with me as its my first time on here and would like some help please.my heating and water will not come on today ,yesterday it was working but the pipes into the tank upstairs were getting very hot any ideas please jeff

Need more info,

is the pump running ?
does the boiler fire up ?
Is there a pilot ? if so is it lit ?

will watch for further posts
