Hi,
I was hoping someone can help, I have installed a few showers now & never had this issue in the past. The valve in question is concealed & the plumbing is running hot to left side & cold to right as instructed.
Now everything is tiled over & running the shower only gives cold water?
I have been on the MIRA Q&A & they have said either the plumbing is on the wrong side i.e. hot on cold side & Vice versa, or there is a airlock in shower hose.
Does anyone have any opinions? I have yet to try removing the shower head & dropping the hose down & running the shower to check, but I would have expected the flow rate of the water to drop if turned to the hot side, currently if turning the valve to the cold or hot side the water flow rate remains consistent!
Any opinions are a worth a try, thanks in advance!
