We currently have an issue with condensation in the house we have moved into. I am looking into resolving a number of factors but I have noticed that an air brick has been blocked up. This is situated under the guttering at the rear of the house. Prior to us moving in the house had cavity wall insulation installed and I have read that blocking the air brick up is part of the process? Is it wise to redrill the holes to allow air flow?
