Connecting Toilet Bowl to Soil Pipe That's Slightly Higher

by Bodger0001 » Mon Oct 28, 2019 9:33 am

Hello
It has been a long time since I have had to do this kind of job and am unsure how to solve this problem. I am fitting a new toilet for my daughter and the bowl outlet is higher than the soil pipe I need to connect to but the problem is that even the shortest flexiconnector seems to be to long to fit the short distance to the soil pipe and the height difference is about 30mm centre to centre of the pipes. I have looked at the flexiconnectors but none are short enough to fit this small space. I was toying with the idea of using 2 connectors one with a 20mm offset and one with a with a 10mm offset but not sure as to whether this would work.
Any advice offered would be very greatly appreciated as it has been so long since I worked at the job I am completely out of touch with any fitting that are available that could make the connection work.
