We've had an offer accepted on the house and paid for a homebuyers survey. I've yet to receive the full report but the chap phoned me when he completed it to mention that the conservatory, in his words, is bizarre (!)
He says there's no foundation, as it's resting on 'feet'. You can see from the photo I've attached that is on feet (quality is poor, had to screenshot from Rightmove) - but I have absolutely no idea what this means in practical terms. Can anyone shed some light?
