In our conservatry we have one full size wall that is plastered and then three glazed sides but when the winter comes in the plastered wall we get three large cracks appeer, i have filled these up but no good they just open up again when it gets cold tried making the gaps bigger then filling but still no good, checked outside and no movment in the wall or cracks
any suggestions please
is the wall a previously exterior wall? how has it been plastered, i suspect that it may have been drylined with battens. the temperature variations are obviously causing something to expand and contract and as battens are wooden they are likely to swelland contract with changes in temperature and humidity. nothing you can do about it really.
