Hi,

First time Ive posted and apologies if this has been asked before! I searched and found nothing.

Would I need planing permission for this?

I have a flat roof extension (kitchen/bathroom) and it takes up most of my outdoor space.

I'd like to fence the edges - Street side would be relatively high, inside would be above hip height - add decking and steps/ladder up to the roof.

Would i need planing permission?
