Post by gardener15 » Wed Jan 16, 2008 8:04 pm

Can someone give me a few pointers on changing a 10ft long straight pew into one that fits into a 6ftx4ft.alcove In other words, how do I cut it so it forms a right angle when rejoined?

you need to cut the pew at a 45 degree angle, your probably best cutting a straight cut then cutting the angles, when you rejoin them youll need to support the joint, you could biscuit join them but id also recommend extra support and legs at the join.
