Hi, I have a crack in my external wall. It was smaller and recently it’s grown a lot. On the inside of that wall, there is also now a crack which has grown larger- I thought it was just the plaster. Please can anyone advise what I need to do. What tradesman do I call and what experience/qualification should I ask about?

Hi sal1 Suggest you wait and see how much the cracks alter. If you are concerned you could ask any builder to have a look but you may have to use a structural engineer if they think it needs further investigation. Regards S
