Hi any help or guidance would be much appreciated.
We have recently noticed that our wooden garage door which opens into the house has swollen, which meant that the door would not close. The door leads into a utility area which was extended and has a flat roof. We thought that the door not being able to shut was due to the extreme heat we have been experiencing. We also noticed cracks appearing above the door itself.
We used a plane to remove the excess so that the door would shut again. However a few days later the door is again hard to shut.
We are unsure of where to turn for advice and are concerned that this may be a serious costly issue to fix
