I have had a curtain pole disaster and the whole lot got ripped out of the wall last night.
The fixings were real plugs into plaster and brick. The house is 1900s built and the brick seems to be quite soft. I need to repair the damage and rehang the rail so it's strong enough for normal use. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
There are some deeper drill holes and then a big chunk in the middle and a shallower ring of plaster around it.
