Hello, I am at college, this building has been knocked down so don't worry!
Imagine it was still up though, what is the exact problem and what can be done to resolve it here?
It seems to me that there is no damp proof course, the moisture is rising and is now internal, possibly from window too? What can be done about the electrics, as this is serious.
