Worcester Combi 240 RSF. New heat exchanger. New diverter valve & microswitch. Gas pressure at meter checks ok. Gas reaches gas valve at correct pressure. Burner doesn't burn high enough (low flame) to get hot, hot water, only hand hot. 19kw coming in only 9kw out. What would be the next problem please?.
