Diverting a Power Supply for Additional Water Heater

by jeffsmith » Wed Jan 15, 2020 8:59 pm

I have a dedicated 6mm2 cable supply to a water heater over a sink. It is protected by a 32A MCB. I want to be able to supply another 6kW heater (steam generator) in another bathroom, by using the same cable. Is there a suitable switch which could divert the supply from one branch to the other, i.e so that it is only possible to use one of the appliances at once?
