I’m looking at buying a house in sunny Doncaster. I went to see the property this weekend and I’m a little concerned as it seems to be a serious DIY bodge job.
The lounge has had both fireplaces/chimney stacks completely removed but the brickwork is still there in the first floor bedrooms above.
I know this can be done but is there any way I can tell that it’s appropriately supported as I can’t see anything at all from the lounge level.
