My professionally laid 50mm concrete screed(on Celotex)is flexing and has broken up after 6 months down. The builder has repaired about 3sq ft of it but I'm worried as it flexes around the walls and sounds hollow.
Please advise as to whether I am justified in asking for it to be redone (and wait another 3months to dry!!)
