Downlight install in kitchen extension

by Simo1414 » Thu Apr 09, 2020 12:28 pm

Hi all, installing downlights in a kitchen which is in an extension.

I've cut the holes but there is alot of insolation in the void, what's the best way to go about pulling the cable through and also keeping the insolation clear of the downlights as there is no access?

Thanks in advance
Si

Rods.
You can buy a set of rods (small version of drain rods)
Me, I use the lid of small trunking.
