extractor fan quickie

is it possible to run an extractor fan from the ceiling rose instead of at the light switch and will the fan have to be fused

IPDODGE
FAN CAN BE RUN FROM LIGHTING ROSE , TO PICK UP
LOOPFEED, SW WIRE, AND NEUTRAL ( AND OF COURSE EARTH ) . USE SAME SIZE CABLE , WOULDNT SAY IT HAD TO FUSED,
BUT A 3 POLE FAN ISOLATOR MUST BE FITTED TO ISOLATE FAN FOR MAINTAINANCE . IF THIS WORK IN KITCHEN OR BATHROOM THEN YOU
ARE ALTERING CIRCUIT SO IT BECOMES NOTIFIABLE PART P WORK.
