hello there my friend has just purchased a new built flat and the consumer unit is under the stairs, he wanted to install a double socket under the stair and i was wondering could this be conected straight to the comsumer unit or would it have to be installed as a spur from an exsisting socket any help or addvice would be helpfull cheers
