Evening guys - Newbie here.
I'm building a garden studio with my father. It is 6.7m x 4m and 3.8m at the ridge of a hip roof (27 degree pitch). I have 3 tab felt shingles to go on the roof and was wondering what i would expect to pay for a roofer/tradesman to fit this. it would be labour only as shingles are bought and membrane is on. Access is a bit tight at the sides and back as the building is 500mm from these boundaries. I'm in North East London.
