Fixing Bathroom Hot Tap Dripping Underneath

Post by JordanClarke » Wed Jul 31, 2019 7:58 am

Hi all,

I'm guessing this is the right place to post... Sorry if not.

I just moved house and realised that a constantly wet bath matt was not down to poor shower technique, but a dripping tap under the sink.
I think it is from the hot water side (which I've isolated), and drips from the screw you should be able to see in the photo.
My question is, is there anything you can do to fix this and is it worth it? Or should I just buy a new tap? Which will mean two new taps as its a his and hers sink!
Also, I live in a hardwater area if that makes a difference?

Thanks,
Jordan
