Hi there, any tips on the best course of action? I have this wall which the render is flaky and bubbling as the water has got into it. I have scraped and taken off the loose parts. The wall beneath looks good, can i just give it skim of render and the re-do the tyrolean? Or do i need to break it back to brick then layer up the render first?
