flexible adhesive/grout

by andychance » Sun Jan 20, 2008 10:21 pm

hi guys can anyone help me out here please...

i have tiled a wooden floor using flexible tile adhesive and grout all in one,i have washed the tiles off in the normal manner after grouting but this adhesive/grout seems more like a resin than an adhesive and has left a horrible film over the tiles making them very dull.
i have only done this today and i have not washed them for a 2nd time yet but im worried its going to be near impossible to remove this film, has anyone else ever used such material and how did it end up for you?
have you got any hints or tips for me?????

come on guys point me in the right direction....
regards andy :D

Wait 'til the morning when it's dried then clean each tile separately on your hands and knees!

Not point in keep washing it when the grout is wet - all you do is wash it out of the joints.

As a matter of interest how did you prepare the floor before tiling?

Cheers
