GLASS BLOCK WALL Advice and information on tiling and fixing tiles to a variety of surfaces

[b]I have just finished building a glass block wall for my walk in shower.I did what the leaflet told me,but after cleaning of the access powder it still has a kind of film or smear.what can be used to remove this without damaging the face of the glass? As it was white cement I used for the joints would it be possible to use brick acid cleaner or would this damage the the glass face.
