Glow worm gas fire

Post by paterry » Sun Sep 20, 2009 10:38 pm

have got glowworm fire and back boiler but have just had new combi boiler fitted so the back boiler has been blanked off to just leave gas fire working. since this has been done fire clicked and went out after being ignited for about 1 hour and now although it ignites, when you release the ignition switch the gas goes off, any suggestions as to cause?

Possibly just dust/soot on pilot ot a faulty thermocouple, get it checked by an RGI.
