GRANT for plumbing training course

Can anyone advice me on how to get government grant to fund the plumbing training course. I am unemployed at the moment but I am a general handyman. I can do basic plumbing like bathroom/kitchen fitting. Without proper certificates there are not many jobs around. Please help. Thank you everyone.
