I've got a dual flush that is only half working (the short flush) the longer flush button gives some resistance but flushes no water. The cistern is concealed and I've never seen behind the tiled front or below the wooden top.
whats the best way to access the problem area, I tried fiddling with the button itself in case it can be unscrewed but with no luck.Any advice appreciated. See the image for the setup, it shows the button in closeup too.
