Heated Towel Rail Problem

by njguarnieri » Sun Feb 15, 2009 4:51 pm

Can anyone help?

I've recently moved into a new house. Some of the radiator tops were cold so I went around bleeding them. There was also what appeared to be a bleed point on the top of my heated towel rail, so I did the same. The whole thing is now cold and will no longer heat up, what have I done?!?!

Did you bleed it with the heating switched off? If not, then the pump can suck air into the system.
