Heating Conservatory

by driver24 » Tue Sep 16, 2008 10:24 am

Hi All
Wonder if any one can help me please with some advice.
We have recently added a conservatory to our house and at the moment it is unheated. Our house is currently heated by warm air, which overall we are happy with, though its geting a bit long in the tooth and is nearing renewall time, or so the Gas Heating chaps keep saying when they service it each year.
If we renew our warm air system is it possible to tap water rads from the warm air system system in some way to provide heat in the conservatory? Someone told me Johnson and Starley have such an option, or is our only hope of getting integrated heat out there a new "wet" system.
Or conversely would it be as cheap and easy to fit electric panel heaters out there, we want to use the conservatory year round.
Thanks.

probably the easiest and cheapest would be either an electric or a gas space heater

Hi Screech
Thanks for the reply.
I think that is probably the way to go given the costs and upheaval of the alternatives.
Thanks again.
