Help identifying bathroom cupboard hinge type

by daniels471 » Sun Sep 27, 2020 10:45 am

Hi

im after a bit of help here identifying a hinge which i have got on a bathroom cabinet.

It got broken when i had an incident with it a week or so ago (im fine now)

i have attached photos in the hope that someone has seen these before , i tried putting it back in by just compressing the spring and letting it go into the holes in the cabinet but it just came off a short while later.

Hi daniels471
There should be a metal pin which is fitted ontop of the spring to form a hinge pin. If you can't find it use a nail of about the right diameter and cut it to length. You may have to do this top and bottom.
Regards S
