It's a gazebo built on decking and is over 8 foot tall and right up against the boundary, I'm pretty sure it's against planning rules but just wanted someone to help confirm it. They make our life hell anyway so one more thing won't hurt!
Hi headonastick Provided the gazebo is no higher than 2.5m and does not cover more than 1/3 of the site area less the house there is little you can do. Regards S
