help wiring a honeywell t6620b from danfoss rmt24

Post by malyan » Sat Mar 14, 2009 4:48 pm

Can anyone help. My Danfoss RMT24 as bust and I have been told to replce with a digital. I have a Honeywell T6620b. The main issue is that there are 3 wires from the danfoss in ports 4,1 and 3 but on 2 on the honeywell. The Danfoss has something called an RP on it but nothing mentioned in the instruction.

Can anyone advise if it is possible to install the honeywell and how to do so?

Thanks

The Danfoss stat has a resistor which is fitted to make an electromechanical device act faster to temperature changes. This is not required in digital types.

The connection to pin 4 which is a neutral is no longer needed so make the end safe and leave it unused.
