Hiding a sloped edge with paving

Postby TeaAndToast » Tue Mar 16, 2021 7:37 pm

Making a little gravel patio with my limited skills. I've had to dig into a gentle slope, and there is now a 25cm x3000cm flat edge of clay facing me. I'm looking to create a thin solid edge to attach the 900x250x50 wooden effect paving length ways. I was going to use some wood to make a barrier to support the slabs up against a mixture of 4 ballast 2 sand and 1 cement to create about 4-6 inches of edging. Any advice is appreciated.

I have many bags of ballast, 2 sand, 6 Quarry dust & a bag of cement.
