I need to replace my 2 way Honeywell 8842 Power head but these are no longer produded. Can anyone advise whether I can use the Honeywell V4043H Power Head as an alternative ? Will it be compatible?

Should be compatible - Honeywell do normally make parts compatible with older valve types.
If not - replacing the 2 port valve shouldn't be too difficult.
