Hello
I am having a bathroom fitted on a boat, plumber has done all the plumbing bits but I am doing the tilling.
He was hoping to get a brass wall plate to match the shower but there wasn't one with the correct dimensions available. He has said I can tile over the silver wall plate. I'm tiling with metro style tiles.
Complete newbie here but I was thinking I would build up the grout and taper off so that the the tiles by the wall mount being a bit out isn't as noticeable? But my bf thinks this won't work. He doesn't have any other suggestions tho!
Hopefully the picture will help more than my poor explanation. Thanks all for any advice you can offer.
