Good evening,
I have water leaking from the bottom of my boiler. When I removed the cover, i have found water around the seal between the bottom flue and the top flue.
See attached picture.
I've checked the angle of flue to the outside, its angled up slightly as it should be and can't see why any water would get in. The seal on the outside wall is secure so no water is getting in there.
I've checked the condensate trap, that's draining away fine.
I've run out of ideas. Any help would be appreciated.
