Im currently coverting my loft and I need to know what is the quickest and the best way to insulate it any ideas?

A bit of an old thread, so I apologise and you may have already sorted it.

However, when insulating a loft (for storage purposes), then you can choose to insulate it at ceiling level or rafter level. The u-values are a little more strict when insulating at ceiling level and this can sometimes be a pain if and when the person decides they want to convert the loft at a later stage.
