IP regs : Kitchen Sink ? Ask questions and find answers to many subjects relating to electrics and electrical work

I am choosing a wall light to install roughly 1 metre above my kitchen sink. The fitting will be something like this :

Since it's a kitchen, do I have to observe the Zones 1,2 and 3 for electrics near water ?

Do the water ingress "IP" regulations for bathroom electrics also apply to kitchens ?
