Although simply adding up the current on each lamp you should be OK in practice the inrush for so many lights will trip out a 6 amp MCB so you will need at least two switches. Hager do some special junction boxes which do not require access once complete because of the spring clip arrangement but most JBs will need access for maintenance.
If in a shower or bathroom they will come under Part P and will now need RCD protection.
